Here is how I edit the list: Click on edit, Click on Classic Mode (upper-right hand corner of the screen), Copy and paste a game that is already in the list, change the number, name, MO options, etc. The "point and click" interface kinda blows.

This is a cool wiki...Pedro, you add the .pat to the same folder with the ROM. Pokemon D/P added as well as Trozei, will add more later :)
